Your Subscription Questions
What happens after I subscribe?
You receive confirmation and simple instructions. If you are gifting, each recipient receives access details separately.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel or adjust your subscription at any time through your account settings. Canceling stops future renewals. Access continues through the period you have already paid for.
What about refunds?
There is no automatic refund for unused time beyond the 12-month period you have paid for. Refunds may be issued in special circumstances.
Will my parent see my payment info?
No. Payment details are never shared with gift recipients.
Is this private?
Yes. Personal information is respected and not sold. Participation can remain entirely private.
